All printables come in two formals , a .jpeg file and a .pdf file. You may use one of these to print it out at the comfort of your house or use a professional printer to do it for you. We recommend heavyweight paper with at least over 180 gsm in thickness.

Yes! We ship worldwide. We have done work for clients around the globe and we value our international customers. For all shop purchases, the shipping amount will be specified during the checkout process. For custom work, shipping rates will be discussed during the course of our communication when I send you a quote for your work.

Since custom artwork is client-specific, we may not be able to re-sale the item in our shop or otherwise. A 50% deposit is liable on all custom work and it will only be refunded if we haven’t started on your work. It takes a lot of time and effort to create each work of art and we spend many hours perfecting it. We will make sure we take your every need into consideration and work with you along the way.Please read “refunds and exchanges”under our policies page for additional information.

Custom works generally take from about 2 weeks to a month to be completed depending upon the complexity of the work.Please note that this time frame is when we start on your final artwork and not from the start of the initial sketch. Please read “Additional policies” under our policies page for detailed information. The final proof will be e-mailed to you after which it will be ready for shipping.

If the modification is possible using one of the design suites, we will most definitely try and do the necessary. Not all modifications can be possible, for example if you would like to change the flowers of a particular illustration, that will fall under custom work because we will have to work on it from scratch.Please contact us with your request and we will let you know if the modification is possible. This may incur an additional which we will let you know.
